Your Office AI is available on every platform your team uses. Download the native app for the best experience, or jump straight into the browser — no setup required.
Your Office AI is a lightweight application — it runs comfortably on any modern device. The web app needs a current browser; the native apps target recent OS versions.
| Platform | Requirements | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| 🌐 Web | Latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge | WebRTC required for video calls; allow camera and microphone permissions |
| 📱 iOS | Recent iOS release | iPhone and iPad supported |
| 🤖 Android | Recent Android release | 4 GB RAM recommended for video calls |
| 🖥️ macOS | Recent macOS release | Runs natively on Apple Silicon and Intel Macs |
| 🪟 Windows | Windows 10 or 11 | x64 architecture |
| 🐧 Linux | Modern 64-bit distribution | Native desktop build |
Chat and AI features work well on any broadband connection. Video calls run best with at least a few Mbps of upload and download per participant; screen sharing benefits from more headroom.
Whether you're on web, mobile, or desktop, the sign-in experience is identical. Follow these steps after opening Your Office AI for the first time.
Launch the app or navigate to app.yoffice.ai. You will see the sign-in screen with email and password fields plus a "Continue with Google" button.
If you have an existing account, enter your email and password, or continue with Google. New users can create an account — sign-up includes a consent step for the terms, privacy policy, and data processing.
After signing in you will see the organizations you belong to. Select one to enter, accept an invite from a colleague, or create a brand-new organization. When no organization is active, a selection overlay appears automatically.
Add a display name and profile photo. You can update these any time from Settings → Account → Profile.
Your Office AI supports email and password sign-in plus Google. There is no separate password to manage when you continue with Google — your identity provider handles it.
The web app always runs the latest version automatically — no action needed. Native apps receive updates through their respective stores and update channels.
To uninstall on desktop, use your operating system's standard application removal process (macOS: drag to Trash from the Applications folder; Windows: Settings → Apps → Installed apps; Linux: your package manager). On mobile, long-press the app icon and select "Delete app" (iOS) or "Uninstall" (Android). Your account and organization data are not affected — they remain stored server-side and are accessible when you sign in again.
Uninstalling the app never deletes your Your Office AI account or organization data — it stays on the server, ready when you sign back in. If you do want to permanently delete your account, go to Settings → Account → Privacy & data → Delete account; deletion has a 30-day grace period and asks you to confirm and re-enter your password.
